FAQ

CRM questions.

Does Arvia sync with another CRM?
No. Arvia’s CRM is built in, so opportunities, quotes and projects share one record. It doesn’t sync with other CRM systems.
What carries across when we win the work?
The customer, budget and project manager carry across to the new project, so it starts with what was agreed.
Can we import our existing contacts?
Yes. Clients and CRM contacts are among the 13 kinds of record you can import from CSV, and customer accounts and contacts can also be imported from a spreadsheet.
How do customers relate to Xero?
Customers, suppliers and contacts come from Xero, so both systems use the same contacts.
