Import Centre
- 13 kinds of record, from spreadsheets or exports
- Import presets for common export formats
- Preview and fix problems before anything is committed
- Undo an import within 24 hours
What we’ll need from you
- A named person to make decisions on your side
- Exports from your current tools (we’ll share the templates)
- Agreement on approval routes and charge rates
- A Xero administrator to authorise the connection
- Time for each group to attend a short training session

How long does implementation take?
Typical go-live in 2–4 weeks, depending on scope and data readiness. We’ll give you a realistic date once we understand what needs to come across.
What support is included?
Your first 4 weeks include up to 2 hours a week of implementation support (8 hours in total). Support after that is charged separately.
What happens after the first 4 weeks?
Ongoing support is available as a paid service.
Can we import from our current system?
Yes. The Import Centre has import presets for common export formats, as well as spreadsheet templates for other sources.
Do we need an IT team?
No. Arvia runs in the browser. You’ll need someone who can export data from your current tools and an administrator for your Xero organisation to authorise the connection.
Will anything be sent to Xero during setup?
Not unless you switch it on. Each outbound part of the Xero sync is off until it’s enabled.
